  • 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • Sugar with cinnamon
  • White sandwich bread, crust removed and rolled with rolling pin

Directions

    Let cream cheese stand till room temperature.

    Fold in egg yolk, spread on bread and roll.

    Brush with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.

    Freeze.

    When serving, cut into 2 or possibly 3 slices and bake in 350 degree oven till brown.

    If not freezing, set in refrigerator for approximately 6 hrs.
