  • 1 package (about 2 Pounds) Lean Ground Beef
  • 6 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cups Long Grain Rice
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sauerkraut (I Only Use Frank's Brand)
  • 1/2 cans Water (use The Sauerkraut Can To Measure)
  • 1 pound Russet Potatoes (about 4)
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

    Mix garlic and uncooked rice with the raw ground beef, like you would for meatballs.

    Dont over-mix!

    Spread sauerkraut in the bottom of a pressure cooker.

    Make meatballs about the size of a golf ball or a little smaller.

    Place on top of the sauerkraut.

    Pour 1/2 can of water over everything.

    Place quartered potatoes on top of meatballs.

    Sprinkle with pepper.

    Cook in the pressure cooker for 30 to 35 minutes.

    (Make this often enough, and youll be able to tell by smell when its ready!)
