Ingredients
- 1 package (about 2 Pounds) Lean Ground Beef
- 6 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cups Long Grain Rice
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sauerkraut (I Only Use Frank's Brand)
- 1/2 cans Water (use The Sauerkraut Can To Measure)
- 1 pound Russet Potatoes (about 4)
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Directions

1Mix garlic and uncooked rice with the raw ground beef, like you would for meatballs.

2Dont over-mix!

3Spread sauerkraut in the bottom of a pressure cooker.

4Make meatballs about the size of a golf ball or a little smaller.

5Place on top of the sauerkraut.

6Pour 1/2 can of water over everything.

7Place quartered potatoes on top of meatballs.

8Sprinkle with pepper.

9Cook in the pressure cooker for 30 to 35 minutes.

10(Make this often enough, and youll be able to tell by smell when its ready!)
