Bread Bowl Spinach Dip

  • large unsliced round loaf of Shepherd's bread or sourdough
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 large brick cream cheese
  • 1 small can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
  • 1 or 2 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, defrost in microwave and squeeze dry

Directions

    With serrated knife, cut straight down in a circle neat the sides of the bread.

    Gently reach in the cut and separate the bread along the bottom, removing a cylinder of bread from the loaf.

    Set aside.
