  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 stick margarine
  • 1 tall can milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

    Beat all together and pour in large flat glass dish.

    Soak bread crumbs in cold water, then crumble.

    Crumble bread fine and pour in pudding along with raisins.

    Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake in 375° oven until done.
