- 4 slices bread
- 200 g yoghurt (Dahi)
- salt
- 12 teaspoon ginger paste
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (Zeera)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons green coriander, chopped (to garnish)
Directions

1cut the bread slice into round shapes.

2Toast to ligt brown on one side and keep aside.

3Beat the dahi to smooth consistency.

4Mix in salt, ginger paste, black pepper powder and zeera.

5Arrange the bread pcs toated side down.

6Pour over the dahi.

7Garnish with red chili powder and coriander.

8Chill and serve.
