- 4 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 12 cup rum
- 13 teaspoon ginger
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 250 g cream, shanti
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Boil the water and sugar and lemon juice until sugar melts and it reaches the right consistency.

2Place the breads in a large dish.

3whisk the milk with cream shanti and add ginger.

4cool the syrup and add the rum.
