Chicken Casserole

  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 4 whole cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth (soup size)
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Melt margarine; add to stuffing mix.

    Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole.

    Cut chicken into small pieces.

    Combine soup, broth and sour cream.

    Put 1/2 of stuffing mixture in casserole.

    Layer all of chicken on top and pour broth mixture over it.

    Top with remaining stuffing mixture.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until bubbling hot.
