  • vegetable soup mix Knorr or other
  • 2 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach

Directions

    Mix soup and sour cream, drained, thawed spinach.

    Let sit several hours.

    Cut off top of sourdough round.

    Cut in cubes.

    Scoop out inside of bread; cut in cubes.

    Serve dip inside bread, arrange cubes around.
