- 3 cups Bread Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Basil
- 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Powdered Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Active Dry Yeast
- 4 ounces, weight Pepperoni, Chopped
- 4 ounces, weight Italian Sausage, Cooked
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 cubes Pizza Sauce (or More If Your Prefer More Sauce)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

2Start by pouring the water in your bread machine first, then follow with the dry ingredients (flour, seasonings, sugar, powdered milk, then finally the yeast).

4Set your bread machine on the dough cycle, which is #9 on my bread machine.

7To prepare the filling, chop up your pepperoni and any other toppings you want to put in the calzones.

10Mix pepperoni, Italian sausage, cheese and any other added toppings together in a bowl.

12After the dough cycle is complete, take the dough out of the bread machine and roll out to a 10x16 rectangle.

16Next pour the sauce right down the center of the dough, leaving an inch at the top and an inch at the bottom with no sauce.
