- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk, scalded
- 8 packets sugar substitute
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Soak bread crumbs in scalded milk in bowl for 5 minutes.

2Add sugar substitute, cinnamon and raisins.

3Mix well. Pour bread mixture over eggs in bowl. Stir in vanilla.

4Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
