  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 7 slices white bread, cubed

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar together. Beat in eggs; add pineapple and mix together. Fold in bread. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan; bake at 325° for 45 minutes to an hour. Raisins may be added.
