  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 c. coarse bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Scald milk and pour over bread crumbs.

    Cool and add other ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake about 1 hour at 350° until you can insert a knife and it comes out clean.
