  • 4 or 5 biscuits
  • 2 to 4 slices light bread
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

    Crumble biscuits and bread

    Put enough hot water over bread to dissolve bread.

    Stir in 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

    Mix well.

    Pour in baking dish sprayed with Pam and bake at 425° until done.

    Remove from oven; let cool and slice.
