- 4 or 5 biscuits
- 2 to 4 slices light bread
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Directions

1Crumble biscuits and bread

4Put enough hot water over bread to dissolve bread.

5Stir in 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

6Mix well.

7Pour in baking dish sprayed with Pam and bake at 425° until done.

8Remove from oven; let cool and slice.

9Store in refrigerator.
