  • 5 c. small pieces bread
  • 5 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. raisins

Directions

    Pour milk over bread pieces and allow to stand at room temperature until bread is moist.

    Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; stir well.

    Fold in raisins.

    Pour into 13 x 9-inch greased dish or pan.

    Bake at 350° until brown or knife comes out clean when inserted in pudding.
