  • 2 c. skimmed milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 oz. egg substitute
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. 1-inch, fat-free bread cubes

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, egg substitute, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

    Stir in bread cubes and pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with a no-stick cooking spray.

    Place baking dish into a pan of water 1-inch deep. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
