- 2 c. skimmed milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 oz. egg substitute
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. 1-inch, fat-free bread cubes
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, egg substitute, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

2Stir in bread cubes and pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with a no-stick cooking spray.

3Place baking dish into a pan of water 1-inch deep. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.

4Serves 4.
