- 1 quart Bread, stale
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 x Egg, well beaten
- 1/4 c. Raisins
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Directions

1Beat the Large eggs and add in the sugar, lowfat milk and nutmeg.

2Butter a baking dish.

3Arrange bread or possibly cake in dish and pour liquid over it.

4Let stand till bread has been thoroughly soaked.

5Add in the raisins and bake at 350-F for 25 min.
