- 5 Tbsp. oil
- 3 1/8 c. flour
- butter
- coarse salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water in large bowl.

2Add oil. Stir in flour gradually, mixing thoroughly.

3Cover.

4Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk.

5Roll out dough into pencil thin strips; cut into sticks.

6Melt butter in saucepan.

7Dip sticks in butter.

8Sprinkle with coarse salt.

9Let rise in warm place until light.

10Bake at 400° until golden.

11Garlic or onion may be used to season.
