- 1 (16 oz.) White Bread
- 1 stick of Margarine
- 1 c. Celery, diced
- 1/2 c. Onion, diced
- 1 c. Chicken/Turkey Broth
- 2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
- 1 Egg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Water
Directions

1Night before:

2Dice wheat and white bread.

3Cook celery and onion in margarine until translucent.

4Add to cubed bread.

5Mix broth, seasoning, egg, salt, pepper together.

6Add to cubed bread. Add water as needed so mixture is moist.

7Bake at 350° uncovered for 45 minutes.
