  • 1 loaf crumbled bread
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 c. meat stock
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sage

    Heat butter.

    Add onion and celery and heat until translucent. Mix all ingredients together.

    Bake in glass 9 x 13-inch pan on top shelf at 350° for 45 minutes.
