- 1 slice bread
- 1 egg
- milk
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Directions

1Crack the egg (or eggs, if you'd like more than one) into a bowl and add a little milk.

2Don't put too much or it will separate and you'll end up with soggy eggs.

3Add salt and pepper (optional).

4Whisk with a whisk (or a fork).

5Toast some bread (one slice will be enough).

6When it's done, rip it up into little bits.

7If you don't want to toast it first, it's fine.

8It'll probably give the end product a different texture, though.

9Heat up a pan on high heat.

10When it's hot, put the olive oil in (how much you put in depends on how much you want to eat).

11Tip the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook.

12When it starts to look semi-solid, add your toast bits (or bread bits, if you didn't make toast).

13Try and spread them out if you can.

14When it looks cooked, you can either turn it into an omelet by flipping half of it over onto the other half, or you can mix it up until it looks like a mess (scrambled eggs).

15Scrambling is much easier.

16Turn it out onto a plate and eat it.
