Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. water
- 6 pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except pork chops and water.

2Place the chops in a pan 9 or 10-inches in diameter.

3On top of each chop, place some of the bread mixture.

4If chops are to be baked for 3 hours at 275° then put 2 tablespoons of water in pan.

5If chops are to be baked for 4 to 5 hours at 250°, then put 4 tablespoons of water in pan.

6Cover and bake.

7Serve hot.
