  • 1 12 lbs mixed mushrooms (sliced )
  • 14 cup butter
  • 12 cup flour
  • half-and-half
  • salt and pepper (to taste )
  • 14 cup lemon juice

Directions

    Saute sliced mushrooms in hot butter.

    Stir in flour.

    Add half and half, stirring to make a thick gravy.

    Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

    Serve on lettuce, in patty shells or on rounds of white toast.
