- 1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. iodized salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. diced uncooked apples
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

3Pour eggs into small bowl; gradually beat in sugar until mixture is light, about 2 minutes.

4Add vanilla.

5Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 35 minutes or until edges pull away from pan.

6Cut in 24 squares.
