- 8 slices white bread (no crusts)
- 2 c. bacon, cooked
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Butter bread and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with bacon (can substitute sausage or a vegetable) and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.

2Pour into dish.

3Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight.

4In the morning, mix cornflakes and melted butter.

5Pour on top of casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
