- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 12 cup flour
- 12 cup confectioners' sugar
- 14 cup butter, melted
Directions

1Place all ingredients in blender and blend thouroughly.

2Melt 1/2-1 tbls of butter in hot skillet (I use medium high heat).

3Pour 1/4 cup batter or slightly more, depending on the size of crepe desired, into skillet.

4Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.

5Repeat steps 2 through 4 until batter is used up.
