- 5 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. mustard
- dash of salt
Directions

1Grease 8-inch square pan.

2Layer bread, cheese, bread and cheese.

3Beat eggs slightly; add milk, mustard and salt.

4Pour over bread and cheese.

5Allow to refrigerate overnight.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°, placing pan in larger pan with 1-inch of water in it.

7Bake until puffed and dry on top.
