Ingredients

  • 2 cumberland sausages
  • 2 pieces english back bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 handful grated cheese for filling
  • 1 handful grated cheese for topping
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

    Bake sausages for 15 mins in a preheated oven at 200 AC turning frequently

    Remove sausages and wrap with bacon starting small end first and place about 2cm apart in a small casserole dish and put back in the oven for a further 10 mins
  3. 3
    Whilst the sausage and bacon are cooking start to make the omelette mix by cracking 2 eggs into a bowl along with milk, salt and pepper untill mixed.

    Add the cheese and mix in.

    Remove casserole dish from oven and pour in omelette mix.
  6. 6
    Place back in the oven for 10-15 mins at 180AC.

    Once risen place a knife through and check its not still runny.

    Add handfull of cheese to top and place in oven for 5 mins or untill cheese is browned
