- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 envelope Weight Watchers chocolate shake mix or Alba chocolate shake mix
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 3/4 oz. quick cook oatmeal or crunchy rice cereal (approximately 1/3 c.)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Mix first 2 ingredients (mixture will be dry).

2Add raisins. Add oatmeal or rice cereal.

3To mixture, add cold water, enough to make dry paste.

4Form into bars on waxed paper; refrigerate (can be frozen).

5One breakfast bar equals 1 protein (meat), 1 milk, 1 fat, 1 fruit and 1 bread.
