  • 1 lb. spicy or mild sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Saute sausage; drain.

    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer sausage, bread cubes and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Pour egg mixture over top.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Serves 6 to 8 people.
