- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 5 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350° or 325° if using a glass baking dish.

2Saute sausage; drain well.

3Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish:

4first cubed bread, second add sausage and third cheese.

5Pour egg mixture over top.

6Do not stir!

7Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

8Remove dish from refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking.

9Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
