- 1 can Golden wheat reduced fat biscuits
- 8 egg whites
- 1 ms dash tomato basil seasoning
- 2 oz frozen spinach-thawed and drained
- 2 chicken sausages-your choice of flavoring
- 1 oz fat-free cream cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425

2Cut the sausages into little pieces and cook in a frying pan until warm

3Scramble 7 of the 8 egg whites and add the spinach

4Add sausages to the eggs

5Stretch and pull each biscuit (about 2 to 3 inches bigger than the original size)

6Spread some of the cream cheese on to each biscuit

7Distribute the egg, sausage and spinach mixture onto each biscuit evenly

8Pull edges of biscuit to the top and pinch closed, place biscuit pinched side down on greased cookie sheet

9Beat remaining egg white and brush onto each biscuit

10Season tops of biscuits with tomato basil seasoning

11Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown
