- 1 c. flaky biscuits
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt to taste
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease muffin pan or spray with Pam cooking spray.

3Spread biscuits on bottom and side of muffin pan to form cups.

4Crumble and brown sausage; drain grease.

5In separate pan, scramble eggs until almost done.

6Add sausage and scramble until done.

7Divide egg and sausage mix into biscuit cups and top with cheese.

8Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until biscuits are done.

9These are good to freeze and microwave later.
