- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine the crumbs with the seasoning; add milk and liquid/oil from salmon and the slightly beaten eggs.

2Mix well.

3Flake the salmon and add to egg mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm and brown.
