- 1 piece hard roll
- 2 eggs
- 4 fresh Romain lettuce or spinach
- 1/8 cup chedder cheese
- 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese
- dash salt
- dash ground black pepper
- dash garlic powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325.

2Cut top off roll

3Carefully hollow out center.

4I used knife and cut around edge carefully not to cut side or bottom.

5I save the insides of roll to make bread crumbs.

6Clean lettuce pieces or spinach and layered on the bottom

7Whisk eggs together with little salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

8Put mozzarella cheese in roll

9Pour egg mixture into roll

10Put cheddar cheese on top

11Wrap foil around roll to keep roll not burning and hard.

12If want crunchie roll don't use foil.

13Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes till egg is cooked and cheese melted.

14Remove from oven and enjoy.
