- 6 large bread rolls
- 6 slice ham
- 6 slice tomatoes, fried
- 6 large eggs
- 100 grams cheddar or mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 6 piece tinfoil
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 230C

2Do this with all the rolls.

3Cut off the top of the bread roll, then scoop out the inside.

4Line the inside with a slice of ham, followed by a slice of tomato.

5Crack an egg into the roll then top with cheddar or mozzarella cheese.

6Salt and pepper to taste, add a sprinkle of parsley.

7Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 15 -20 minutes depending on how you like your egg yolk done.
