  • 1 slice low calorie high fiber wheat bread, cubed
  • 2 pkg. artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. skim milk, scalded and cooled

    Add artificial sweetener, milk, bread and vanilla.

    Cook on Medium-high power in microwave.
