- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 2 c. low-fat Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 6 eggs or Egg Beaters
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Toss together bread and cheese.

2Beat together remaining ingredients.

3Use a 9 x 13-inch greased glass dish.

4Put cubed bread and cheese in dish.

5Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Uncover and take out of refrigerator for 1 hour.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Bacon, sausage or ham may be added.
