- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla butternut extract
- 1 pack sweetener
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (opt)
- 1/4 c water
Directions

1Blend all ingredients thoroughly.

2Spray Pam on a small fry pan, non-stick.

3Cook on both sides.

4Put on plate, spread 1 tsp diet butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and another pack sweetener or brown sugar substitute.

5Roll up like burrito.

6Delicious when stuffed with favorite fruit (cooked or fresh).
