- 4 to 6 eggs
- 1 can green chiles
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 small onion
- grated Cheddar cheese
- flour burrito shells
- salsa (optional)
Directions

1Peel and slice potatoes.

3Fry together until tender.

4Once cooked, break potatoes in small pieces; set aside. Fry bacon and crumble into pieces.

6Scramble eggs; add to potatoes.
