- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
- salsa or catsup (optional)
Directions

1Cook bacon in nonstick skillet.

4Heat tortillas in 1 teaspoon of oil about 30 seconds or until soft.

5Beat eggs and pepper in bowl.

6Cook eggs in 1 teaspoon of oil.

7Sprinkle cheese down center of tortilla.

8Top with eggs and bacon.

9Serve with salsa or catsup.
