- 1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
- 6 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. frozen hash browns
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown and drain sausage.

2Stir all ingredients together. Spoon into 12 x 17-inch pan.

3Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

4Bake the next morning at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

5Serves 10 to 12.
