  • 1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 6 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. frozen hash browns
  • 8 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown and drain sausage.

    Stir all ingredients together. Spoon into 12 x 17-inch pan.

    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake the next morning at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
