Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 6 slices white bread
- 3/4 to 1 lb. grated cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard or regular mustard
Directions

1Fry sausage and drain off fat.

2Butter one side of bread and place in well-greased casserole.

3Sprinkle cheese over bread, butter side up.

4Combine beaten eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over bread.

5Sprinkle sausage on top.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Next morning bake covered at 325° for 1 hour.

8Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
