  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/2 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 9 oz. frozen or canned asparagus, drained/chopped and thawed
  • 3 oz. black olives, chopped and drained
