  • 1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and grease drained
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices white bread, torn into pieces
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (4 oz.) can Ortega chilies, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. milk

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Turn into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
