- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) can Ortega chilies, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk

2Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3Turn into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.
