  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 6 slices bread
  • 6 slices cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Saute sausage.

    Trim crusts from bread.

    Arrange in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Set aside.

    Combine milk, eggs, salt, pepper and Worcestershire.

    Beat well.

    Drain sausage.

    Mix with mustard. Spread over bread slices.

    Add cheese. Pour egg mixture over bread, sausage and cheese.

    Refrigerate overnight.
