Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bread, trimmed and cubed (I use French bread)
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 2 c. milk
- 1 lb. mild pork sausage
- 1 tsp. Lea & Perrins
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Combine eggs and milk.

3Beat well. Fold in bread cubes and other ingredients.

4Mix well.

5Pour into greased casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake in 300° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned.

7Let stand 5 minutes before slicing for serving.
