Ingredients
- 8 slices cubed bread
- 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 lb. link sausages
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Cook sausages and let cool.

2Place cubed bread in bottom of greased 3-quart oblong Pyrex dish or 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

3Beat eggs, milk and dry mustard.

4Slice sausages into bite size pieces and put on top of bread.

5Slice water chestnuts and add to top of sausages.

6Top this with grated cheese.

7Pour egg mixture over all.

8Refrigerate overnight.
