  • 1 lb. mild sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 slices white bread cubes
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook sausage and drain on paper towels.

    Beat eggs; add milk, dry mustard and salt.

    In bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan, spread bread cubes and top with sausage.

    Sprinkle cheese and pour on egg mixture.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cover with foil the last 15 or 20 minutes.
