- 1 lb. mild sausage
- 8 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 4 English muffins
- 2 pkg. Co-Jack, grated
- 1 (8 oz.) can mild green chilies, chopped
Directions

1Butter English muffins on both sides and put in 9 x 13-inch metal pan.

2Fry sausage and drain.

3Pour over muffins.

4Mix eggs and sour cream.

5Beat well and pour over muffins and sausage.

6Put cheese and then chilies on top.

7Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° for 1 hour in covered pan.

8Reheats well in microwave.
