  • 1 large head crisp lettuce, shredded
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans bean sprouts, drained
  • 2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
  • 2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds (optional)

Directions

    Place all ingredients, except almonds, in a large bowl.

    Just before serving, pour dressing over all and toss well.

    Sprinkle with almonds.
